30-Day Return Policy

SeaSnail® makes every effort to produce products to the highest quality and standards in the industry.

However, if you’re looking to return your online order, we’re here to help! We offer returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for a refund , excluding the shipping costs provided the following conditions are met:.

1. Contact us for return instructions.
2. Returns are made within 30 days from date of original purchase date.
3. All items must be unused, in a re-saleable condition with all tags attached in order for the return to be accepted.

Refund 

•  Please allow 21 days for returns to be processed. 
• The cost of delivery for return is not covered
• Any incomplete, damaged, worn or soiled items will not be refunded.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

Exchange for different color or size can be arranged as long as the item meets the return conditions, but shipping cost is not covered.
